Material selection: The main materials of polyester spandex brushed fabric include polyester (polyester fiber) and spandex (polyurethane elastic fiber). Polyester has good abrasion resistance, wrinkle resistance and quick drying, while spandex has excellent elasticity and stretchability. The combination of these two fibers makes the polyester spandex brushed fabric not only quick-drying, but also has good elasticity and comfort, providing a foundation for moisture absorption and perspiration.

Textile technology: In the production process of polyester spandex brushed fabric, special textile technology is used, such as water-jet spinning, air-jet spinning and other technologies. These processes can form tiny pores and gaps between fibers during the weaving process, increasing the breathability and surface area of the fabric, which is beneficial to the rapid absorption and evaporation of sweat.

Fiber surface treatment: To further improve moisture wicking properties, polyester spandex brushed fabric may receive a surface treatment. For example, nanotechnology is used to form a microporous structure on the surface of the fiber, which increases the surface area and improves hygroscopicity; or a hydrophilic treatment agent is used to modify the fiber to make it have better wettability and wet friction, which is conducive to the rapid absorption of sweat. 

Fabric structure design: Polyester spandex brushed fabric usually uses suede or raising technology to form fluff or velvet on the surface of the fabric, which increases the surface area and gaps of the fabric and is conducive to the absorption and evaporation of sweat. At the same time, the fleece design of the brushed fabric also increases the softness and comfort of the fabric, making it more suitable as sportswear and outdoor equipment.

Breathable film layer: Some polyester spandex brushed fabrics may also be processed with a breathable film layer. This breathable film layer can prevent external moisture from entering the interior of the fabric, while promoting the discharge of sweat and keeping the body dry.

Wearing comfort: Polyester spandex brushed fabric makes the wearer feel more comfortable during exercise or activities due to its soft and comfortable characteristics. It also helps reduce the residence time of sweat on the skin surface and promotes the evaporation and discharge of sweat.
